LXD LLC is a high technology company founded by the originators of LCD's. Our roots go back to the International Liquid Crystal Company, the inventors of TN liquid crystal displays. Liquid Crystal Displays are LXD's only product, hence we have developed manufacturing methods and design capabilities which allow for a high degree of customization of our products.

Our capabilities allow us to design and manufacture custom displays up to 14" x 16". We specialize in extremely long life, high reliability displays, for outdoor applications in industries where these attributes are critical.

LXD Off-Shore Operations

LXD's direction towards the future included aggressively establishing an off-shore manufacturing facility to produce Liquid Crystal Modules in China. This has been accomplished by way of a joint venture with Jiya-LXD, located in Hebei Province. This facility is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the manufacture and sale of LCD and LCM products.

In addition to being the ideal size for the LXD manufacturing market, our facility was the only company evaluated that was capable of manufacturing products that could meet LXD's critical specifications--especially extreme temperature and humidity performance. This 30,000 square meter facility is staffed with 200 employees, including top electronic engineers in Research and Development, Process, Quality, and Sales. Module products include TN, STN, HTN, FSTN, CSTN, and TFT.
